• Your items will be specially made according to your order then be shipped from our facility within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping time: 2-3 weeks for Standard Shipping or 4-6 days for Express Shipping.

3. Return Policies:

• Because all of our products are made to order, we only allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges within 24 hours after placing order.
• If, upon receipt of your finished product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
